Biomechanical assessment and gait analysis of the foot and leg

Often pain in the feet is a result of the foot not functioning correctly during normal walking.

At Feet First Clinic & Spa, our aim is to prevent or correct deformity and maintain normal mobility. We will provide the basis for the ideal walking style and posture and identify any medical or surgical condition that may require further referral and management.

For the assessment of foot pain, knee, back pain and sports injuries. Treatment usually involves the prescription of insoles to correct foot function. We have a range of off the shelf and custom made bespoke insoles to suit every budget. We work with a number of companies who provide our professionally made insoles and orthotics.

Orthoses and insoles can be used to treat a range of painful foot/leg conditions including :-

This treatment is only available after an initial consultation with our principal podiatrist.

Initial consultation is 40 minutes. Biomechanical Assessment is a further 40 minutes.

Initial consultation is £48.00. Biomechanical Assessment with insoles is £420.00 inc insoles, fitting appointment and review.

Your Safety and the safety of our staff is of utmost importance to us, we kindly ask that you follow the guidance below when attending for your appointment.

If you are experiencing any COVID 19 symptoms (shortness of breath, new continuous cough, fever (above 37.5) or loss of taste/smell? If so, please stay home and contact in a few weeks.

We will provide a mask for you to wear and hand washing facilities.

We will also be wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and deep cleaning everything you/we touch.

Please attend for your appointment alone if possible. This is to limit the crossover of people in the waiting room.

On the day of your appointment- please arrive at exactly your appointment time. If you are early wait in the car or outside. Please attend alone if possible.
